Minimum Qualification:
Fluent in spoken and written English.
A-Levels of C or above in Maths or Science.
or able to demonstrate a number of years experience, in a relevant position.

Task Description:
Primarily to support the recruitment of Temp-Labour for ME across all the aircraft programmes, and in 2009 with increased responsibility to support the Outsourcing of work packages throughout the ME business.
In this role you are to be flexible and supportive to business requirements, deliver solutions to resource requirements, while at the same time ensuring conformance to ME, HR and the clients processes and policies.
The role will require a high level of autonomy and professionalism in managing multiple stakeholders, and liasing directly with General Procurement, Temp-Labour and Outsourcing Suppliers.
Key Skills:
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS (MUST HAVE)
•Proven track record in Recruitment and Selection.
•Proven track record in Outsourcing Strategic (long term) and Discreet (short term) work packages
•Appreciation of manufacturing engineering requirements, accountabilities and skills.
•Highly professional approach with good negotiation and influencing skills.
•Strong customer focus essential, including the ability to identify the key stake holders.
•Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
•High level of competence in the use and manipulation of Excel files and Power Point presentations, and word documents.
•Experience in working in a multifunctional environment and with all levels of management.
•Must enjoy working as team, happy to react to changing workloads, and priorities.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS (DESIRABLE TO HAVE)
•Understanding of subcontracting (Temp-Labour) practices and processes.
•Previous experience working in a Business Support Manger capacity.
•A background in training and skills management.
•A background within the aircraft / aerospace industry would be a strong advantage.
