A leading IT Security Company based in Wokingham is looking for an HR Manager to implement 1st class HR services across the EMEA region.
Your role will be to work closely with the senior management team across EMEA region to understand the company needs and implement a successful HR department that offers a generalist range of HR services.
You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of strategies for and providing operational support in:
- Recruitment
- Learning and Development
- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee Relations
This role should appeal to an HR Professional who is focused and passionate about providing an excellent HR service.
You will have a proven record of HR management in a strong generalist role ideally within a fast paced high tech company. A CIPD or equivalent qualification would be beneficial.
